Staff were lovely

Our booking was not located as we booked on Booking.com. It was clear the place hadn't been used much in the last 2 years, but that's completely understandable, so room showed signs of this. The mini suite was not so much of a suite. Light switches all over the place and a few broken.

Very close to the beach and the rooms are very spacious . This is our first choice when it comes to Pattaya since last 15 years or so. I’m glad the service is still commendable

Very Poor

The staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and gracious... The front desk staff has been a gem including the night staff when I arrived .. the only saving grace for the property unfortunately is the front desk staff and the overall check in experience ..

The hotel and the rooms needs the much needed renovation ... the elevators were filthy and dirty .. the cleanliness overall has a lot to be desired.. :(

The staff were amazing like 5 star hotel manners always polite and could be nicer to my family and me :) Great Location :) Good Value for Money :)

Pool lounger chairs falling old and apart but thats it apprt from that absolutely amazing

The location was good.

Lots of things in the room didn't work or were nearing the end of their functioning life. Bathroom came with no toiletries. Hotel staff offered to sell us some.

the staff were the best. very helpful, during the 2nd night I had problem with my A/C and they helped me change rooms without any issues. the swimming pool was just perfect.

the bar at the pool was not functional

DON'T GO THERE , MOLD , smell

nothing DO'NT GO THERE not clean

MOLD on the wall and bad SMELL, stains in bed, not clean bed, changed room, also not good, day 3 i must pay EXTRA to get a clean room !!! DON'T GO THERE

Staff were great.

Staff were great. Pool service was very good. Central to all amenities. Room cleaning is great too. Bedding changed every day with clean towels

Location is ok. Close to every facality.

Lady working in reception tried to cheat me. Added extra laundry to my bill. She said lie about some price. Tried to get cash instead of credit card, etc.. Many cocroaches in the room.

Good location but rooms need improvement

Good location

The room is very dated, smelling mouldy and with numbers of small cockroaches. After requested to change room, it is slightly better, at least no cockroach in sight. I understand the price is consider low in that area, but with cockroaches? It is not acceptable.

Personal staff are awesome.

Personal staff are awesome. The room cleaners are good as well.

The room was humid as hell full of moist because no air circulation (I suspended a wet shirt and never dries in three days) bathroom seals are saturated in black mould and air conditioner was braker tripped off.

Worst experience ever in Pattaya. Staff is mean and aggressive. Sink was clogged in the bathroom. Hot water takes forever to come. Noisy rooms. And the usual free water is not, without a sign. Never again.

Make sure which room you rent.

The location and the helpful stuff.

The A-side building have: - Very old and worn rooms. - Smell sewage in bedroom. - Zero view. Don't expect any sunlight, the lonely view you get is an old and dirty wall located about one meter from the windows. - No complementary water or coffee.

The pool was nice.

The pool was nice. Nice staff.

Everything was brown and gloomy. The smell of smoke in the rooms. Not a place where you want to spend your vacation. We went to Pattaya only for the marathon and that’s why we stayed in the central areas. Will probably never go back to Pattaya, too many old white men with younger thai girls. Disgusting.

Good price good location.

I liker the location and the price. Had many choses of bare and restaurants in the area and walking distanse to everything.

Old style TV. Im wake of that this hotel is old but some painting would really give the place a facelift.
